TAC 22

This match is shot with .22 rifles chambered is .22 long rifle only.

Targets are small round steel plates that are at least 3 MOA in size.

A 3 inch diameter plate at 100 yards or 1 1/2 inch plate at 50 yards  is approximately 3 MOA.

Any sighting equipment is allowed as is a scope of any power is allowed.

DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS RIFLES WITH TUBULAR MAGAZINES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

You will be shooting from various tactical positions, such as over a barrel, from a tank trap or from a roof top and others.

There will be 5 stages of 10 rounds a 10 round magazine is almost must.

Shots will vary from 30 yards to 125 yards.

Shooters will be allowed at least 15 minutes to shoot unlimited sighter shots at paper targets at 50 and 100 yards prior to the match.

Sign up is at 8:30 AM with sighter shot 8:30’ish to 9:00 AM. Shooting for record will begin at 9:00 AM

You will need a non tube fed .22 rifle, 50+ rounds and a chamber flag for safety. Safety flag will be available for loan.

As always eye and ear protection is required.

This is a really fun match shot by a group of great guys with some girls also competing and really good hunters for the practice.
